Our Mission
Building a health system that serves people requires more than good intentions and smart technology. It requires a structural guarantee that the system cannot be captured — not by investors, not by political interests, not by the very organization that operates it.
The H4 Alliance Trust is that guarantee.
The Trust exists for a single purpose: to ensure that the H4 Alliance and every system it deploys remains permanently aligned with the health and dignity of the people it serves.
Established as an independent 501(c)(3) public charity — classified by the IRS under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) — the Trust is structurally separated from operations so that it can never be pressured into silence. And because the Trust is organized as a 501(c)(3) — not a 501(c)(4) — it is legally prohibited from lobbying and political campaign activity.
Not one dollar of your donation funds political influence, industry lobbying, or backroom deals. Every dollar goes to oversight, accountability, and the structural integrity of a system designed to outlast any single leader, company, or political cycle.

H4 Alliance Sovereign Health, Inc. is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 39-4429422), with tax-exempt status effective September 17, 2025. Your gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Because the Trust is organized as a 501(c)(3) — not a 501(c)(4) — it is legally prohibited from lobbying and political campaign activity. Not one dollar funds political influence or industry lobbying. Every dollar funds oversight, audit, charter enforcement, and deployment safety.
Major gifts (including stock, donor-advised funds, and wire transfers) can be arranged directly — email info@h4alliancetrust.org. Donations designated to a specific project will be used for that purpose; the Trust may redirect funds to the area of greatest need if a project is fully funded or discontinued.
